Job Description
- Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.
- Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, reconciling entries.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Maintains general ledger accounts by reviewing accounts payable's invoices and control accounts, and accounts payable ledgers; preparing fixed asset depreciation and accruals.
- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts
- Participates in the monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements
- Prepares account/bank reconciliations.
- Reviews and process expense
- Performs any other duties or any tasks assign
- Responsible for the banks reconciliation.
- Prepare inventory items import cost for foreign purchasing.
- Prepare monthly tax reports
- Revising the Accounts Payable and Treasury process on the cash in, cash out, and bank transactions.
- Creating monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Forecasting and preparing different budgets.
- Coordinating with other departments, and outside suppliers when needed.
- Assists with preparation and coordination of the audit process.
Job Requirements
- Who have experience on ERP system, and working on audit firms is plus.
- More than 3 years of experience
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- The senior accountant is responsible for applying accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information, prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements to him by management.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details,
- Strong communication and leadership skills,
- Organized and able to document everything
