Job Description
This position will be reporting to Merchandising Manager, will be responsible to manage & handle purchasing & sourcing of products to the company website, specially the non-electronics products.
Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountability:
- Responsible for online purchases and re-order entry, modification, and cancellation & communication with concerned parties.
- Identify new online brands, new lines, products and trends.
- Responsible for online product creation, photos, specs and pricing.
- Build relationships with current vendor base as well as update new vendor.
- Analyze and evaluate stock, sales and margin reports and take necessary actions.
- Ensure high level of accuracy, including analyzing reports and making recommendations product selection and pricing.
- Negotiate and maintain follow through on return-to-vendor records.
- Provide administrative and operational support to merchandising manager.
- Ensure high level of accuracy, including analyzing reports and making recommendations product selection and pricing.
- Coordinate with marketing team to identify key styles to be featured in monthly actions to drive sales, test new ideas.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years working with vendors-retailers in a buying and /or Sales organization
- Multi-brand or having worked for more than one FMCG brand.
- Strong Negotiation and communication skills.
- Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor Degree / Post Graduate
