Job Description

• Lead team development efforts towards successful project delivery
• Provide technical leadership to teammates through, support, coaching and mentorship.
• Maintain high standards of quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
• Collaborate with other infrastructure teams.
• Prepare projects reports, manuals and other documentation for configuration, operation and maintenance guides.
• Contribute in leading the supervised team to achieve team objectives and goals
• Provide second level of support to the supervised team members.
• Contribute in the development planning of the supervised team.
• Track and follow through the dev. plans execution and report progress.
• Evaluate the performance for the supervised team.
• Contribute in the annual performance appraisal for the supervised team.
• Deploy, configure, manage and monitor productivity solutions.
• Deliver enterprise projects and deliverables.
• Provide second level of support for the implemented solutions.
• Design, size, scope solutions.
• Plan and scope projects.
• Develop WBS for projects and provide man power estimate to deliver.
• Implement complex infrastructure and datacenter solutions at customer sites.
• Present complex solutions/products to customers
• Plan, deploy and deliver proof of concepts and pilots.
• Develop project documentations.
