Job Description
- Make sure that the engineering department at the hotel constantly maintains proper work performance, records, reports, inventory controls and procedures used to work and reduce cost.
- Monitoring monthly preventive maintenance schedules for equipment, rooms and public places in the facility.
- Energy-saving planning, to achieve the lowest cost rate, the maximum efficiency hatch.
- Management of engineers in the preparation of industrial security plans of the hotel, including the plan of fire fighting, and also obtain the necessary licenses for equipment, especially (boilers, elevators, etc.)
- Assisting and advising engineers with regard to large and urgent technical problems.
- Monthly inventory of spare parts. Follow-up expenses of the Engineering Department in accordance with the monthly financial statement, to work to reduce the cost
