Job Purpose
To be responsible for the stays of guests in the hotel. He or she maintains the guest folder from arrival to payment on departure.

- To promote loyalty amongst a broad range of customers

Qualifications
- Diploma in Hotel/Food and Beverage studies, or 2 years’ further education (Ordinary degree in languages or service industry studies, or similar)
- Previous experience in Reception
- Must be fluent in English
- Experience of Fidelio (reservations systems)
