Job Description
The main objective is to keep the facilities in a healthy condition to achieve the target of production, also to be a proactive and value add member in the organization through adaptation of cost reduction activities (Energy Saving and Spare Part Localization) which have a significant impact and remarkable revenue for the organization.
- Establish and lead strategic short and long term goals for Maintenance activities.
- Diagnose breakdown problems and take corrective actions to prevent breakdown re-occurrence.
- Plan and Manage Annual Shutdown Projects.
- Carry out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults.
- Control maintenance tools and spare parts to minimize the maintenance expenses.
- Develop training plan and provide coaching for maintenance technicians.
- Assure equipment safety operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical Power or Mechatronics only)
- Automotive Experience is an advantage.
