Job Description
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency.
- Supervise messengers’ staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
- Control all department documents (Reports - Memos).
- Interface with other departments.
- Follow up on tenders and registrations.
- Submit required periodic reports.
- Coordinate with Finance Department to send invoices to clients.
- Make sure that all clients receive invoices for delivered orders.
- Perform customers’ collections.
- Review customers’ balances.
- Coordination of exhibitions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- 1-3 years of experience
- Data & Application Management (MS Office)
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Very good command of written and spoken English
- Multitasking ability
