Job Description

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency.
  • Supervise messengers’ staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
  • Control all department documents (Reports - Memos).
  • Interface with other departments.
  • Follow up on tenders and registrations.
  • Submit required periodic reports.
  • Coordinate with Finance Department to send invoices to clients.
  • Make sure that all clients receive invoices for delivered orders.
  • Perform customers’ collections.
  • Review customers’ balances.
  • Coordination of exhibitions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Data & Application Management (MS Office)
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Very good command of written and spoken English
  • Multitasking ability
