Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Implementing all the human resources functions that are coping with the company strategy including but not limited to:
- Maintain the group structure.
- Maintain New Salary scale policy & structure.
- Customized internal policies.
- New Recruitment and hiring process
- Training and development program for reefer technicians.
- Changing company culture and train all stuff to work with customer satisfaction concept
- Launching Motivation/employee engagement programs .
- Adjusting Manpower / Man-hour with budgeting.
- Create Customized Performance appraisal forms (PMS SYS.) for every title.
- Decrease turn over ratio by applying loyalty programs
- Develop new, or modify existing, position descriptions and Terms of Reference in collaboration with departments’ managers
