Job Description

  • Develop the manpower planning and org. charts and ensure frequent update with the designated business unit and share with OD & TA function and HRM..
  • Handle all recruitment in timely manner and ensure proper onboarding.
  • Conduct exit interviews, analyze data.
  • Implement systems and policies set by the OD & TA function and ensure feedback for improvement.
  • Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.
  • Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.
  • Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Identifies training needs for business units
  • Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
  • Update needed reports and send accurately on time to HR Manager

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years' experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including recruitment, compensation practices, training, and performance management,
  • FMCG experience is a must.
