Job Description
- Develop the manpower planning and org. charts and ensure frequent update with the designated business unit and share with OD & TA function and HRM..
- Handle all recruitment in timely manner and ensure proper onboarding.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze data.
- Implement systems and policies set by the OD & TA function and ensure feedback for improvement.
- Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.
- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Identifies training needs for business units
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
- Update needed reports and send accurately on time to HR Manager
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years' experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including recruitment, compensation practices, training, and performance management,
- FMCG experience is a must.
