Job Description
- Provide accurate and relative pricing for potential projects
- Align with other departments in the pre-tendering phase and execution phase.
- Receive the project package from the technical sales team then studying, reviewing & analyzing drawings, specifications, BOQ.
- Prepare BOQ if not included in the project package using scheucal.
- Contact the technical department if technical support is required, the purchasing department for prices updates and the material department to check stock.
- Identify the most suitable material & quantities in accordance with specifications in coordination with the team leader.
- Estimate the project’s cost and pricing in terms of dry cost, labor cost; structures cost ….etc to prepare the costing sheet.
- Set a profit margin based on the direct manager recommendations.

- Knowledge of product and systems used.
