Job Description
- Gathering shipping lines/ airline freight rates and negotiate until getting the best Frt. /terms / condition s.
- Prepare & send offers to our target clients.
- Coordinating with our client to arrange booking, trucking & order the truckers.
- Prepare & send shipping declarations to shipping lines/airlines & trucking order to truckers.
- Negotiate the best rates with Truckers & Customs Clearance agents & follow up with them to ensure smooth handling of our client shipments.
- Review Ocean B/L or AWB to match the received shipping declaration.
- Issue HB/L. or HAWB
- Issue shipments Invoices to our client.
- Co-operate with the financial dept. to ensure collecting the issued invoices on time.
Job Requirements
- The Candidate should have knowledge about handling Sea & Air Export shipments
