Job Description

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive serves as the key point of contact between the organization and the client. The job holder’s scope of work involves relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sells properties to achieve the set assigned sales target by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
  • Obtains property information to determine whether clients have a clear understanding of the product names and specifications
  • Explain technical or service information to customers
  • Schedule appointments with prospective customers
  • Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting
  • Helps clients take their decision in a fair and flexible manner
  • Negotiating contracts and payment packages
  • Contact current or potential customers to promote products and services
  • Delivering promotional presentations to current or prospective customers
  • Recommending new opportunities to current and prospective clients
  • Following up on clients and providing feedback in a timely manner
  • Negotiating contracts and payment packages
  • Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a relevant field of education, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing
  • 1-3 Years of Experience in a similar role, within the real estate industry
  • Commercial Awareness with emphasis on the Real-Estate customer focus
  • Very Good Proficiency in the use of MS Office Applications and Internet Search Engines
  • Exceptional Communication Skills with a customer oriented attitude and approach
  • Maturity and awareness of customer and consumer categories in the use of sales methods
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills
  • Excellent Time Management Capabilities
  • Flexible and easy adapting personality
  • Work Location: Capital Business Park, Sheikh Zayed
