Job Description
Technical Voice Configurations of VOIP and 4G Backup Solutions for all Fixed Products for SME and Enterprise Customers in VF Spain.
- Voice Service Provisioning on PBX and Routers of Spanish Enterprise Fixed Customers.
- Responsible for Rollout and Migration for Fixed Voice Services for Indirect and Direct Enterprise Market
- Troubleshoot and Resolve all Problems related to the Voice Provisioning Orders to guarantee service delivery.
- Deliver all Orders within the targeted KPI
Job Requirements
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- Basic Knowledge of Fixed Network Solutions
- Basic Knowledge of Voice Provisioning and Configurations on PBX and Routers
- International Experience with Enterprise Customers (Preferred Spanish Customers).
- Technical degree (preferable in Telecommunications) or higher.
- Knowledge of MS Office
- C1/C2 in Spanish (minimum) with good oral and written communication skills
- 0-2 years of experience in Fixed Network Field
- Basic Knowledge in the Tools
