Job Description
- Get & Aquire qualified candidates
- Responsible for the recruiting cycle through recruitment channels and help in the annual recruitment plan.
- Handling hiring documents and deal with labor & insurance office
- Handling the attendance program & daily attendance reports
- Help in maintaining & develop HR Policies
- Explain Human Resources Laws, procedures and standards to new and existing employees
- Help and perform any HR/administration tasks
- Create needed HR reports
Job Requirements
- 1 - 2 years of experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skill
- Excellent English & Computer skills.
- Human Resources Course / Diploma.(Preferred)
