Job Description
Our client is a leading Trading & Distribution company in the Tobacco industry and they're looking for an OD Specialist with the following roles:
- Consult, Create and implement with Management and other leadership to identify OD programs to support organization goals.
- Developing and updating job descriptions through job analysis.
- Creating organizational charts and headcount reports.
- Implementing the training plan with respect to the allocated budget.
- Responsible for the Learning and development process.
- Responsible for the Recruitment activities and conducting the relevant assessments.
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in OD, Recruitment and L&D ( and Talent Management if possible)
- Males only
- Very Good English & strong MS Office skills
- Strong Communication & Presentation Skills and highly organized
- Ready to travel inside Egypt for Training sessions in governorates.
