Job Description
- Responsible for the planning and the execution of the company's yearly,monthly,and daily production targets.
- Direct supervision on the production in terms of workers, equipment, and the products while maintaining product quality and increasing productivity.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Cooperation with the Plant Manager in preparing the yearly production plan and cascading it into daily and monthly ones.
- Planning, executing, following up, and supervising the production staff and full supervision on all the production activities.
- Identifying the necessary resources from the raw material and man power necessary to execute the production plan
- Responsible for evaluating all production personnel
- Responsible for the execution of the various quality systems and certifications
- Increase productivity while maintaining the product quality
- Presenting timely reports to Plant Manager in relation to the production plan execution and corrective actions taken.
Job Requirements
- Degree: Bachelor degree from Faculty of Agriculture (Food Manufacturing Science) or Faculty of Science
- Years of Experience: not less than 5 years in similar position (IQF)
- Training on GMPs, HACCP, ISO 22000,etc.
- Preferred 6th Of October and Giza residents.
