You will be responsible for both outbound and inbound sales, including sales development, lead generation strategies, and market response with quotes, and order processing.
You will play a key role in customer acquisition, sales strategy, and relationship management to grow our company revenues, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Performing outbound sales activities, and contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn or other channels
Responding to inbound inquiries to answer their questions, provide quotes, and schedule follow up meetings to close the business.
Reviewing customer requirements to provide the optimal solution for their organization
Scheduling meetings and demos
Working with the team to improve our business by measuring activity and effectiveness.
Managing your customer portfolio
Developing long-lasting customer relationships and nurturing current relationships
Acting as a trusted advisor to new and prospective customers
Troubleshooting technical issues and communicate with customers.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Very good or fluent English .
+2 years in sales/business development role, preferably selling software / technology solutions and managing the “cultivation” phase of the sales cycle.
