Job Description

  • We are now looking for an E-Commerce Coordinator to join us to be a part of Macknmall family. Are you the new talent we are looking for?
  • E-Commerce Coordinator will be responsible for determining the format, features and content of Macknmall website in order to maximize clarity and ease of navigation for customers.
  • The successful candidate must have minimum 2 years’ experience in E-Commerce Platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure website content (picture and text) is always up to date in all languages available, according to the corporate standards, and as per the CMS guidelines (on Macknmall.com).
  • Manage and review product presentation on site to ensure correct categorization, images, copy, pricing and promotional offers are accurate and meet internal requirements.
  • Managing all daily operations of the site.
  • To follow up with the goods shortages.
  • Set up shipping and tax calculation
  • Provide a database of all suppliers and merchants.
  • Make and develop relevant procurement policies.
  • Optimization of Delivery Processes in terms of cost and customer satisfaction
  • Customer relationship processes (Call center, management of all operational channels of operation support issues)
  • To do the studies and researches needed to raise the company’s level of performance, competence and practical effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with the financial management to pay for the procurement contracts at the mutually agreed times.
  • Prepare and keep the supplier records, assess their performance based on (costs – meeting the required specifications – payment facilities – after-sales services – product availability on demand – trusting the supplier – reputation…).
  • Paper and computer documenting and keeping the records of all the procurement management processes.
  • Study the competitor’s prices.
  • Provide monthly reports on website KPI to the management team
  • Fulfill the tasks assigned to him/her by the General and Executive managements.

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferably business / economics / marketing or engineering
  • 4+ years’ experience in related industry.
  • A minimum of two years experience in E-Commerce Platforms & CMS.
  • Good at English and Arabic writing, Good negotiation and convincing skills, interpersonal skills, self-motivated
  • Flexibility to work a shift patterns including weekends
  • Has assumed responsibility for profit / loss in previous positions
  • Analytics tools, design processes and tools dominate digital marketing tools
