Job Description

Guide and Supervise Subordinate Lawyers to prepare defenses and follow up With authorities, Provide assistance to Lawyers in Practicing duties in accordance to the work procedures.

  • Supporting Head of Legal in reviewing and drafting contracts, agreements, correspondence, and pleadings related to the work and ensure that they comply with all legal requirements and to preserve the company’s full legal rights
  • Studying the corporate legal problems referred to him in accordance with the legal rules and regulations
  • Handling litigation related issues and drafting legal due diligence reports
  • Following up on the legal proceedings filed by the company or against it and make sure to take appropriate legal actions to preserve the rights of the company
  • Review the legal aspects of the contracts and agreements concluded by the company, and make sure that it maintains its rights in the other contracting parties
  • Give accurate, proactive and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics and issues (labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance etc.)
  • Consult and handle all corporate legal processes (e.g. intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, financial/securities offerings, compliance issues, transactions, agreements, lawsuits, patents)
  • Collaborate with the legal team to devise efficient defense strategies
  • Apply effective risk management techniques
  • Collaborate with departmental leadership across the business in identifying and managing potential legal risk
  • Maintaining the business’s integrity both internally and externally
  • Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.)
  • Ensures that all the work is conducted with integrity and responsibility
  • Ensures confidentiality in respect of registration files contents

Job Requirements

  • A license of law with 10+ years of experience within a corporate environment
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to Influence with strong relationship Management Skills
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies
  • High degree of professional ethics and integrity
