Job Description

  • Ensure the company fills out and submits all its legal paperwork
  • Administrative Responsibilities.
  • Negotiate, review and draft documentation for business transactions and prepare and advise on the necessary checklist to be adopted to ensure information is submitted on time.
  • Formulate compliance check-lists to be used for the purpose of ensuring that all information required is provided accordingly.
  • Handling communication and execution of corporate affairs and constitutional issues.
  • Translate, Review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.
  • Translate, Prepare, review and modify contractual implements to assist and support various business activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Legal Affairs.
  • Males Only.
  • Have a car.
  • Good in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
