Job Description

  • Sales Role:
  • Executes sales plans to penetrate the market of Translation services in Saudi Arabia and capture significant market share.
  • Initiates interaction with prospective clients to generate sales leads via phone calls, emails or face to face meetings.
  • Educates prospects on our solutions and communicates the capabilities, benefits, and competitive advantages of working with Future Group.
  • Meets sales targets through quality, strategic sales leads, building and expanding client relationships; troubleshooting client concerns; and preparing sales presentations and supporting documentation.
  • Prepares quotes for customers and follows up to convert quotes into projects.
  • Evaluates and processes RFPs as necessary.
  • Manages and controls pricing and contractual issues by developing a thorough understanding of internal protocol and procedures.
  • Effectively communicates project specifications to Project Account Managers

Customer Relationship Role:

  • Establishes and maintains current and potential customer relationships.
  • Ensures high-quality customer satisfaction and retention.

Job Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of sales experience especially in localization, Marketing or IT companies
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Ability to relocate to Riyadh or Jeddah
  • Very good command of the English language.
  • Demonstrated excellence in writing and verbal communication.
  • Strong time management and interpersonal skills.
