Job Description
- Sales Role:
- Executes sales plans to penetrate the market of Translation services in Saudi Arabia and capture significant market share.
- Initiates interaction with prospective clients to generate sales leads via phone calls, emails or face to face meetings.
- Educates prospects on our solutions and communicates the capabilities, benefits, and competitive advantages of working with Future Group.
- Meets sales targets through quality, strategic sales leads, building and expanding client relationships; troubleshooting client concerns; and preparing sales presentations and supporting documentation.
- Prepares quotes for customers and follows up to convert quotes into projects.
- Evaluates and processes RFPs as necessary.
- Manages and controls pricing and contractual issues by developing a thorough understanding of internal protocol and procedures.
- Effectively communicates project specifications to Project Account Managers
Customer Relationship Role:
- Establishes and maintains current and potential customer relationships.
- Ensures high-quality customer satisfaction and retention.
Job Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of sales experience especially in localization, Marketing or IT companies
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Ability to relocate to Riyadh or Jeddah
- Very good command of the English language.
- Demonstrated excellence in writing and verbal communication.
- Strong time management and interpersonal skills.
