Job Description

  • Managing Supervisors teams within his assigned area
  • Participate in events planning.
  • Manage the delivery activities (offers, Designs and POP materials)
  • Supervise on Marketing Plan.
  • Follow up his/her teams activities and review merchandisers routes based on Marketing Plan.
  • Provide daily reports and suggesting corrective actions to the sales team.
  • Responsible for reviewing Supervisor monthly reports (price & competitors analysis)
  • Work on having efficient and friendly team spirit.
  • Provide Training and orientation for the new Merchandiser, and proper directing for existing one.
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILL:

  • BA degree in Marketing or equivalent certification
  • 3-6 years of work experience – 3 years preferably in FMCG
  • Good Command of English language.
  • Good MS office usage.
