Trainer "Training for Employment"

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Tasks and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Responsibilities:

• Train participants on all or some of TFE "Train For Employment" project courses including (soft skills, labor law and occupational health and safety)
• Work with participants to improve their knowledge and career skills
• Follow the department’s instructional plan (known as a course outline or syllabus) and ensuring that the material used meets department standards
• Plan lessons and assignments (if needed)
• Keep the attendance records of participants updated through using the requested forms
