Job Description
- Develop annual budget of the stock and distribution in order to achieve the objectives of the company and reduce the cost.
- Establishing, developing and supervising the implementation of the inventory management system by ensuring the safety and security elements.
- Supervising the development of traffic, shipping, loading and transportation system, ensuring the safety and security of the product and delivery on time.
- Supervise inventory movement to ensure system efficiency and inventory safety
- The daily follow up of the head of warehouses and the movement to ensure that the policies and procedures are followed.
- Follow up the inventory level periodically to ensure the balance between the provision of materials, supplies and spare parts necessary and reduce the cost.
- Follow up the implementation of the inventory control system to ensure the provision of safety and security elements.
- Budgeting for traffic, transportation and maintenance to ensure the lowest cost.
- Follow the safety, health and security procedures to ensure the safety of transportation, drivers and product.
- Coordinate with transport companies to ensure transportation at the lowest cost and fastest time.
- Continuous monitoring and control of the traffic operator, drivers and technicians to ensure proper procedures are implemented.
- Review and Edit the operation orders and follow the transport routes.
- Develop a system for the sudden maintenance of the transport means to ensure their maintenance and reduce the cost.
- Coordination with maintenance centres and ensuring the safety of the business.
- All documentary procedures related to drainage, maintenance, fuel, etc.
- Follow-up internal maintenance and technicians to ensure the safety of transport and maintain the resources of the company.
- Study, analyse and determine the optimum number of employees to ensure the highest productivity and optimal use of human resources.
- Distribution of work on the supervisors to ensure the achievement of the objectives in accordance with the specified plans
- Follow up and evaluate the performance of supervisors and provide guidance and advice necessary to correct deviations, develop performance levels and raise the morale of employees.
- Identify the training needs of the staff and development required to build a second line for administrative functions.
- Follow up on the systems and policies, behaviours and values of the company and take the necessary measures to ensure the full submission.
- Other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILL:
- Sc. Degree is a must.
- 7-10 years of experience in related field.
- Good Command of English & MS office.
