Job Profile:

We are currently seeking a Sr. Pre-sales Engineer to join our Pre-Sales team

In this position, you will be expected to develop end-to-end outstanding innovative solutions for our potential customers leveraging e-finance portfolio of services and lead the design of all solutions provided by e-finance using industry leading Software and Hardware manufacturers and providers

The Sr. Pre-sales Engineer is a technology advisor and consultative sales, with exceptional technical expertise in addition to being viewed as a trusted technical consultant to the client.

  • You will be working closely with our Business Solutions team, IT team, Site Support team, Call Centre team, Card Centre team, and Sales team
  • You will be reporting to the Pre-Sales Manager

Job Duties:

  • Solution Development and Scoping
  • Analyze, Design and Develop end-to-end solution requirements, scope, sizing, architecture, responsibilities , service requirements and operations requirements leveraging e-finance portfolio of services
  • Scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the company.
  • Responsible for identifying and defining all solution components, preparing statements of work, Technical Proposals, Diagrams, and presentation documentation to articulate solutions.
  • Work closely with our Business Solutions team, IT team, Site Support team, Call Centre team, Card Centre team, and Sales team to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.

Proposal Development

  • Develop the Technical Proposal & Response to RFP/RFI to match the solution specifications and translate requirements into Physical Components and Services using required standards, methods and tools.
  • Participate or lead Scope of Work determination, product specifications and solution components proposed in Technical offer and RFP/RFI responses.
  • Works closely with all stakeholders while developing the Client Technical Proposal following the Company’s Sales/Pre-Sales process

Vendor Relationship

  • A strong vendor relationship is required to ensure an understanding of the vendor’s products and technologies and to position the precise vendor solutions.

Sales Activities

  • Engage with sales in the field through meetings and presentations.
  • Conduct presentations of solutions to clients and potential clients.
  • Communicate seamlessly with the sales team and other internal teams to be able to deliver a complete, high quality final deliverable.

Proof of concepts

  • Manage client proof of concept (POC) scopes, which will require the involvement of the appropriate resources, and setup and delivery of the POC

Job Requirements

Skills Required:

Technical

  • 3 to 5 years of experience with Pre-sales and Technical Proposal development.
  • Demonstrate practice in developing technical proposals, solution presentations, statements of work, Visio diagrams, , etc.
  • Extensive knowledge of Software products, vendors, capabilities, and tradeoffs
  • Extensive knowledge of Hardware specification s, capabilities, and tradeoffs
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills

Business

  • Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint ,excel ,Visio, and MS Project) in client consulting or presales engagements is required
  • Excellent writing and delivery of high finishing quality documents
  • Good command of English writing
