Job Description

Crowd Analyzer is the leading Arabic social media listening tool in the MENA region and worldwide. We work with clients from different sectors and industries to enhance their social media marketing strategies and business objectives.

Our Marketing department is responsible for a variety of activities designed to interact with our target audience and our fan base. Such activities include social media as we maintain an active social media presence to engage with our audience. We also manage our own blog designed to provide engaging and useful information crafted to generate interest in our brand. We also produced a variety of annual and monthly reports such as our yearly report titled The State Of Social Media in which we gather data about social media for a variety of Industries. Other than the marketing activities that fall under the content marketing department, we also participate in events and various offline marketing activities.

We also keep a strong relationship with the media by working closely with our PR agency APCO to make sure that we get the maximum exposure from the media.

On the other hand, our performance marketing team is mainly focusing on SEO and Running performance marketing campaigns to generate leads and spread the brand awareness across all the digital channels. And Finally, the creative team manage all the brand design along with coming up with new ideas to help the brand internally or externally.

We are currently looking for a super enthusiastic and supportive Marketing Manager who has the spirit and the expertise to work with Crowd Analyzer’s team.

Responsibilities:

  • Define a region-specific marketing plan based on the overall company marketing strategy.
  • Optimize each marketing touch-point using data, including top-of-funnel channels like social media and blogging, middle-of-funnel channels like email nurturing, and bottom-of-funnel activities with sales teammates. (Preferably good knowledge with Hubspot Certified)
  • Manage performance marketing campaigns on different social media platforms.
  • Brainstorm and research the interests of our different target audiences.
  • Develop, learn, and grow in online and digital marketing
  • Support the Crowd Analyzer’s participation in essential events in the region.
  • Plan and host offline events to deepen relationships with customers and attract local prospects.
  • Support overall marketing team goals and programs, ensuring their success in your region.
  • Assist regional sales managers as needed, including increasing brand awareness locally/ regionally and driving leads.

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
  • Strong abilities in digital marketing tactics with experience planning and/or speaking at local events.
  • Exposure to GCC markets.
  • Flexibility and the ability to learn new skills and work on different tools.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills, and a fun spirit
  • Preferably Hubspot & Hootsuite Certified.
  • Proficient in Hubspot’s marketing automation and analytics features.
  • Great attention to detail and project management skills.
  • This role requires balancing several initiatives together.
