Job Description
Role involves:
- Overseeing all digital as well as traditional marketing efforts at SOF. Managing customer relations, responding to customers on social media platforms and creating content for social media.
Goal:
- Develop a marketing strategy that drives profitable customer action. Through positive branding and valuable content generation, create a loyal and passionate community of customers that feel aligned with SOF’s mission.
Duties:
- Responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for SOF
- Oversee all offline marketing activities, including farm visits and representation at farmers markets.
- Oversee customer relations: answering customer queries and complaints by email and on facebook and by phone
- Responsible for handling all customer queries and questions in timely and efficient matter
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website, blog and newsletter that attracts and converts target groups
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
Time Requirement:
- Remote presence ‘on call’ (means immediately answering all phone calls and E-Mails)
- Physical presence for meetings
Expectations:
- All customer facing social media / e-mail correspondence must be addressed asap.
- Responsiveness is required
- Proactively develop our communication with customers and maintain and improve positive customer relation no matter what it takes
Job Requirements
Skills:
- Good computer skills: excel, google sheets, google docs, power point, mailchimp and dropbox
- Communication skills by phone and E-Mail
- Good command of both English and Arabic, written and spoken
