Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Identifying the current and future-state business processes.
- Collaborates with Stakeholders of the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining full understanding of current and future state business processes and how their work will need to change to support the future.
- Creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional specifications.
- Facilitating design sessions with the development and implementation teams to define the solution.
- Delivering elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, or other detailed deliverables.
- Provides in-depth knowledge of the software and evaluates the logistics, moving and relocation procurement, Sales, Distribution and Warehouse Management.
- Is responsible for documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
- Develops the functional design document that will drive the development process (if modifications/customizations are required.
- Is responsible for conducting acceptance testing and training for users to successfully use and maintain the software.
- Provide project level analysis - producing and reviewing required business analysis documentation (functional requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan, and QA plan).
- Ensure proper master data and test data setups in all environment.
- Work closely with them to ensure development of the best systems, with a shared strategy for maintaining & enhancing processes, solutions and business benefits.
- Perform data analysis, cleansing and reformatting activities.
- Support in developing strategies for data migration, training and change management and in executing them as per project plan.
- Assess business process and system inefficiencies.
- Identify ways to increase adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders.
- Mentor and train other business analysts on the work stream to handle specific phases or scope
Job Requirements
Skills
Successful individuals will be self-starters with the following attributes:
- 15+ years consulting experience in business/Systems Analysis with focus on business modeling and software development, implementations and integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and understand business problems, Model data and processes.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions.
- Plan and carry out system and user acceptance testing.
- Microsoft .Net Background is a must.
- CBAP or PMP-PBA certification or equivalent highly preferred.
