Globally successful multi-million dollar Consumer Goods business is undergoing an excited transformation stage and is now looking to recruit a world-class E-commerce Logistics Manager, following the launch of an online-first exciting new brand within their portfolio to head up D2C (direct to consumer) operations. This position controls end2end responsibility for the new brand, from upstream purchasing and procurement to planning demand & supply, to distribution and transportation logistics with a final mile to the customer. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Direct to Consumer (DTC) fulfillment operations, ensuring continuous improvement of core KPIs
- Reduce cost and optimize performance with 3rd party transportation providers
- Manage demand planning for growing new brand, coordinating between warehouses, and e-commerce fulfillment partners and factories
- Supply service cost reduction across multiple levers (packaging, shipping, handling
- Improve customer experience with all related logistics touch points.
- Works with customer satisfaction to resolve problems/concerns as they relate to customer order fulfillment.
- Responsible for shipping all orders on time and accurately.
- Track shipping and ensure timeliness.
- Resolve daily problems/situations related to shipping and dock work.
- Identifying and providing effective feedback on the strengths and weaknesses of subordinates. Helping individuals meet individual goals, which in turn contributes to organizational goals.
- Supervise work assignments of personnel.
- Direct and prioritize daily activities of line workers.
- Implement continuous training processes for new and existing employees.
- Take responsibility for safe working procedures in a material handling environment.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 5 years relevant experience covering aspects of Shipping and Distribution operations.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree required. Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management preferred.
- Demonstrated superior leadership skills in a manufacturing environment.
