Job Description
We are looking for a self-motivated candidate to fill a Mid-level IOS developer role in our team, candidate will be responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed at a wide range of IOS devices including mobile phones and tablet computers and their integration with back-end services.
While working alongside other engineers and developers on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and the creation of quality products is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Collaborate with the team to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot issues, Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Set realistic developer time estimations and complete them on time.
- Understand Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines.
- understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- BS degree in computer science/engineering or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of IOS Development Experience.
- Proficient with Swift and Cocoa Touch.
- Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics and Core Text.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services.
- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, Mercurial or SVN.
- High personal code/development standards (peer testing, unit testing, documentation, etc.).
- An Agile mindset with experience working in Agile environment.
- Good knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
