We’re looking for an eCommerce Operations Manager to join our dynamic fast-paced Marketing team. Our eCommerce Operations Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of our web (and, in future, app) property and serve as operations owner for the development and execution of website updates and multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the deployment of website updates to support campaigns and initiatives, making sure the correct assets are being displayed for each campaign.
  • Manage the business risk of deployment of new features working with technology
  • Integrate and manage third-party apps and content on the website.
  • Ensure homepage, navigation, product pages, and other site content is up to date with relevant features, promotions, and products working with the creative production team.
  • Maintain product catalog, adding and removing products as needed.
  • Produce and maintain discount codes and/or offers. Review code usage for potential fraud.
  • Review landing pages to ensure cohesive customer experience
  • Recommend solutions for site enhancements to improve the customer experience
  • Monitor analytics such as conversion rates, repeat customer rate, abandoned checkout rate, site traffic, etc.
  • Set up controls, alerts, and SOPs for site related challenges
  • Pull reports on website/e-commerce performance
  • Prioritize day-to-day tasks and deliver projects on schedule
  • Perform weekly inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Work with Customer Service team to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive review count in eCommerce platforms
  • Plans and executes digital and website activities for retail including content, merchandising, landing pages, site search, product recommendations, personalization, loyalty, and other on-site conversion optimization tools.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • 3-5 years work experience in producing and managing operations of website content.
  • Demonstrated experience with e-commerce.
  • Must be proficient with Shopify (preferred) or similar e-commerce platform.
  • Familiarity with CMS tools and HTML/CSS a plus.
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills.
  • A positive attitude, self-motivated and eager to contribute.
