Job Description
- Respond to customers inquiries regarding various products/services provided by TMG.
- Take part in supporting sales processes through data collected from customers.
- Keep an updated database of customers information/inquiries and send it to the concerned department for proper action accordingly.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about TMG's latest product/services.
