Mechatronics Support Engineer

• We are looking for a bright Mechatronic Support Engineer to provide technical support to our customers, mainly by phone calls, or through other methods if necessary, such as; on-site visits, face to face, web, email, chat and other support channels as required.
• The Technical Support Engineer acts as the primary interface between Macknmall and our customers. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing timely and accurate technical support to customers on the Macknmall platform.
• The successful candidate must have minimum 3 years’ experience in machinery or industrial spear parts.

Responsibilities

• Handling customer’s inquiries and pre-orders via call/chat/email.
• Research, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
• Provide quick and accurate feedback to customers.
• Builds Platform and business knowledge to better serve customers
• Achieve customer satisfaction through supplying services before and after the sale and giving technical advice and carry out inspection, installation, training and maintenance and repair efficiently and effectively.
• Actively seeks solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills and identifies trends to appropriate channel including improvement suggestions.
• Liaise with other departments such as Sales, Customer Service, Vendor Managers, or Delivery Teams as required to resolve customer’s issues and questions.
• Work under pressure and provide high quality work.
