Job Description
What You’ll Do and How You’ll Make an Impact
- Concept and develop marketing executions on all media platforms
- Partner with design, social, content, video production, product and marketing on brand and product marketing, social campaigns, initiatives, and promotions.
- Ensure a high standard of visual execution and brand consistency across all media and campaigns
- Collaborate with designers, writers, video producers/editors and provide direction and effective feedback
- Produce sketches, storyboards and art layouts based on strategic positioning, target audience and brand culture
- Present work to the Creative team and/or upper management for approval
- Concept and design of social assets, including mini info-graphics, video, GIFs, social share visuals, quote cards, cover photos and more for Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and more
Job Requirements

- A strong portfolio and 3 to 5 years of experience as an Art Director
- A proven track record of success. Awards are cool, results are cooler
- Advertising agency, media, Marcom experience
- Ability to generate a reliable supply of original ideas and visual concepts using Adobe Creative Suite as well as the latest art and design packages
- The confidence to explain and support your thinking, both internally and externally
- A flexible approach and willingness to adapt your ideas to the needs of integrated marketing and consumer insights
- A keen eye for visual details and accuracy
- The resilience to perform under pressure and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines in a very fast pace environment
- An innovative approach to the media and the ways in which advertising is carried
- Ability to take direction well and work as a team
- Have a strong knowledge of typography, color, photography, image manipulation, illustration, video, and animation
