Job Description

  • Plans, organizes, and coordinates the operations and activities related to the Human Resources (HR) operations and functions in the Factory.
  • Support the HR Director in the creation of the Human Resources strategy.
  • Provides leadership in coordinating the activities of the HR Department to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, policies, regulations and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with legal department as needed/required.
  • Manage specific projects as determined in the annual HR plan
  • Develop and maintain effective internal relationships with all departments.
  • Ensure innovative recruitment and succession planning is in place.
  • Provides leadership and oversees employee information collection, analysis and reporting; supervises the input of data and ensures data integrity
  • Manage department expenditure within agreed budget.
  • Continuously seek operational feedback from the business leaders, managers, and employees and develop ways to face obstacles and seek for continuous improvement

Job Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience / industry Real Estate
    • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong working knowledge of HR functions and procedures
