Job Description
- Gathering Competitors and customer information
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing & new customers via telephone calls / emails / customer meetings
- Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements to meet their expectations
- Reviewing his own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
- Contacting new clients. Closing deals with customers
- Contribute to and create incremental revenue streams, which primarily focus on selling Harvest English courses and it’s VAS
- Generating leads through prospecting and networking, as well as contacting leads assigned through CRM.
- Engage prospects and follow through sales process to include face to face meetings and appointments.
- Growing revenue from both new and existing accounts in a defined territory/branch
- Attend conferences and events to support relationship building and opportunity generation.
- Reporting to Corporate Sales Manager
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Having 2-3 Yrs experience in sales, marketing & customer care (selling training to corporate and institutions is a plus)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills are essential
- Able to build a relationship with the customers
- Able to research the market and the related products
- Problem Solving, Product Knowledge, Selling to Customer Needs
- Hard worker, Highly disciplined pipeline and opportunity management skills, Reporting Skills, Discipline regarding time
