Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to help us with our overall marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion.
Marketing Specialist
The required candidate will be responsible for executing effective marketing strategies, assisting with campaign development, analyzing the effectiveness of each campaign and developing our lead generation programs. The successful candidate will play an integral role in building and engaging the company’s customer base and creating effective strategies that will promote the long-term growth of our Company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing strategies for projects, including company websites and social media
- Work closely with the sales team on program development and implementation
- Create and execute lead generation programs
- Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency
- Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines
- Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns
- Assisting in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
- Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail,…etc.)
- Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
- Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to the senior management team
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline
- 2-3 Years of experience as marketing specialist or similar role
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media … etc.) and market research methods
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and web analysis tools
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords … etc.)
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong understanding of Social Channels
- Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Exceptional communication and writing skills - ENGLISH NATIVE level
- Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
- Thrives in a startup environment and loves to research and learn new things
