Job Description
- Supervises the engineers, supervisors and workers of the maintenance department in full coordination and cooperation with the General Manager of the operation and maintenance department of the company.
- To carry out the duties of the General Manager of the Engineering Department in his absence t for any reason, for example, not limited to (rest - sick leave ...) and bear all legal and administrative responsibilities for all maintenance and operation and any papers in this period .
- Establishes the administrative and technical systems and follow up the work plans of the Maintenance Department in coordination with the General Manager of Operation and Maintenance for approval to implement, to ensure the performance in accordance with the target with the study of deviations resulting and develop appropriate solutions to avoid them.
- Preparing the estimated budgets of the Maintenance Department in coordination with the General Manager of Operation and Maintenance before presenting them to the Executive Vice President.
- Preparing the periodic reports of the branches of the maintenance department and making observations thereon and presenting them to the General Manager of Operation and Maintenance to give his comments before handing them over to the Executive Vice President on the specified dates. These reports shall include the results of the maintenance operations compared to the plan and the actual investigator in the light of approved operating budgets.
- Daily field traffic on each part of the parts of the maintenance department to ensure the proper implementation and regularity in accordance with the scheme and the target and solve problems within the limits of the powers vested him from the Director General of maintenance and raise the order of sovereignty if required procedures.
- Maintenance and repair of all facilities, equipment, machines and tools of the company within the city.
- Conducting internal communications in the organizational divisions related to the City Authority in order to exchange data and information and discuss opinions that lead to regularity of work and good performance.
- Attend the meetings determined by the Director General of operation and maintenance with the maintenance supervisors to ensure the conformity of implementation and recording observations and discuss maintenance plans and results for the month spent and explain the work plan and goals for the next month and solve problems and overcome the difficulties.
- Performs its work in accordance with the general policy of the sector and plans of the general administration of maintenance and operation and within the limits of the regulations and regulations for the company's business. The mistakes of the incumbent also cause damage to the company's funds which can be avoided through internal auditing within the organizational divisions related to the company.
- Evaluate all bids for equipment, tools and machines used in all maintenance departments and submit them to the General Manager of Operation and Maintenance for discussion and approval before submitting them to the head of the sector for approval and implementation, with the development of their own systems and follow up with the supervisors.
- Training all supervisors and employees of various maintenance branches during work and preparing the second row of employees, and follow-up training programs and performance development for all supervisors and maintenance workers in coordination with the Director General of operation and maintenance and the approval of the head of the sector.
- To oblige his subordinates to the regulations of the company, especially in the public appearance and the uniform of the city and behavior and ethics while dealing with unit owners and take deterrent measures against offenders and immediate risks to the General Manager of Maintenance and Operation.
- Responsible for all maintenance works in the city's responsibility sector, including but not limited to the operation and maintenance of all water and sewage networks, internal and external electricity, telephones, irrigation, roads, operation and maintenance of water and sewage plants and electrical transformers.
- Maintenance and repair of the company's equipment, machinery and tools in the city.
- Painting works for columns, pavements, public places, workers' housing, administrative offices and commercial markets.
Job Requirements
- Education: B.Sc. of Engineering.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and its applications.
- Minimum 10 years of Experience in the same field.
- Experience in the operation and maintenance of residential compounds (networks and facilities - swimming pools)
- Very Good English Language.
- Very Good Computer Skills.
- Other Skills: Able to work Under Stress, Problem Solver and Hard Worker.
