Job Description
- Oversees all company accounts and investments.
- Creates daily, monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts.
- Manages cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports.
- Supervises and manage financial department staff, including accountants and financial assistants.
- Motivates and lead finance team members by clarifying roles and providing helpful feedback.
- Implement and sustain Financial Reporting and KPI management tools
- Ensures that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
- Establishes and implement financial reporting systems to comply with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
- Develops budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports.
- Reviews all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities.
- Examines all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies.
- Reports to the CEO with timely and accurate financial information.
- Ensure all unusual income statement / balance sheet / statement of cash flow variances resolved on a timely basis
Job Requirements
- CFA certified.
- Bachelor Commerce degree.
- More than 10 years experience in the same position.
