Job Description
The Electrical Maintenance Engineer is responsible for maintaining good machine conditions and solves technical problems when arising,
Duties may include heading up a technician team for the accomplishment of a specific engineering function and supervise technical staff as necessary and oversees of contracted services. Independently plans, manages and administers highly technical work within the framework policies, budgetary and engineering practices,
- Issue the preventive maintenance plan in his/her area after approval from the maintenance manager to ensure smooth processing of machines.
- Repair and maintain plant equipments as per the company guideline and SOPs.
- Responds to calls for emergency repairs
- Inspects work in progress
- Ensure that safe working conditions are enforced
- Evaluate work request lists to determine work priority in consulting with other engineer staff.
- Order necessary tools, supplies and spare parts
- Develop tooling for the new process and evaluate existing tooling with vendors. Assist in maintenance and improvement of such tooling
- Prepare and maintain documentation of existing and modified manufacturing processes
- Reduce product cost while improving product quality
- Provide engineering support to other departments as they require it.
- Ensure that new products are properly introduced and manufactured efficiently
- Ensure that existing product lines are maintained at a specified level
- Improve productivity, quality, and safety
Job Requirements
- BSc. of Engineering (Electrical ).
- Fresh graduate or 2 years of experience.
- Experience of PLC, SCADA, Classic Control
- Knowledge of maintenance requirements.
- Logic thinking.
- Decision maker.
