Job Description
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities
- Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new product lines etc.
- Responsible for producing valuable content for the company’s online presence at all electronic media, editorial design and organizing the company’s publications.
- Show a clear understanding of products performance and key opportunity for brand growth.
- Perform market research to determine customer needs and identifying potential clients and business opportunities.
- Study the competition pricing, positioning, and distribution channels and pay attention to competitors and their activities within the market
- Work with the website developer to develop improve and manage website content to meet organization goals of meeting customer changing needs.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure that the correct products are matched with customer needs & delivered to customers in a timely manner.
- Collaborating and communicating with key external stakeholders such as consumers, customers, and other partners.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as Marketing Director
- Excellent leadership and organizing skills
- Analytical and creative thinking
- Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
- Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
- Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.) and Google AdWords.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role in a FMCG company
- English: Excellent
