Job Description
Main Duties:
- Revising the Accounts Payable and ensuring they are done in the best possible way.
- Follow up on the AP and Treasury accountants' duties day to day.
- Follow up on the cash in, cash out, and bank transactions.
- Creating monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Forecasting and preparing different budgets.
- Coordinating with other departments, and outside suppliers when needed.
- Assist with the month end and year end closing.
- Assist with external audits.
- Responsible for the fixed assets register.
- Responsible for the banks reconciliation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree ( accounting).
- 4 to 7 years experience in Accounts Payable and general ledger and 2 years in management role.
- Very good command of English language.
- Very good in Excel and windows and ERP System (oracle, Sap and Axapta)
- Leadership and motivational skills.
- Self motivated.
