Job Description
- Collecting data to analyze information required for reports and records .
- Reviewing incoming sales orders with department manager.
- Following up the movements of team members with their direct managers.
- Reviewing customers status with department manager and reporting deviations.
- Update customers’ database.
- Answering customers’ inquiries and performing the necessary follow up with the teams.
- Creating, modifying, adding data to the ERP system.
- Updating department ISO procedures to match the current working procedures.
- Coordinating quality circle meetings, preparing meeting minutes and following up with concerned parties.
- Providing presentations and reports needed for the department.
- Performing various clerical duties including: correspondences, emails, presentations, copying, faxing, maintaining manager’s meeting agenda, taking meeting minutes … etc.
- Setting up the filing system and maintaining records & files [both in hard and soft copies].
- Supervising and monitoring the workload and work rate of the janitors (Office Boys).
- Monitoring the operational status of the work place and reporting any out of line situations.
- Distributing incoming mail and dispatching outgoing mail.
- Preparing office supplies requests.
- Maintaining reception area and directing visitors to concerned people.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business administration (or equivalent) from a reputable university.
- Excellent command of English.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- High communication skills and very good follow up capabilities.
- Experience in customer handling is a must.
- ERP/CRM systems knowledge is a must
- HR background or studies is a plus.
- Experience in Marketing/e-Marketing is a plus.
- Experience in sales team back office support is a plus.
