Job Description
- Receiving breakdowns on the C.R.M. program and dividing the business operations according to the existing operating divisions.
- Sending faults to all operating divisions, each according to their specialization, for implementation and benefit.
- Follow-up the implementation of faults with departmental officials, operating supervisors and relevant departments.
- Notify the Director of the Department of the existence of any failure or slow in the implementation of faults of those responsible for the implementation of faults.
- Receipt of notification from the implementation officials and payment of the program to stop and terminate the faults.
- Conduct weekly/monthly reports on the program and design it for the director of the department or his representative.
- Take some breaks at random and go to a site to verify the status of implementation and make a report and submit it to the Director of Administration.
- Save the incoming messages and the program's documents in special folders, in a way that is easily accessible when required.
- Perform any tasks that are required of the company directors and department managers.
- Attend any training courses or meetings requested by the direct manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
- 0-2 years of experience preferably in the same field.
- C.R.M. in a residential/real estate field is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to write reports.
- This position requires moderate physical effort.
