Job Description
- Take immediate corrective actions to avoid any cumulative effect of deviation and recover the delay to finish the tasks according to the deadlines.
- Supervise active tied to assigned project.
- Conduct regular inspection and assess the work performance done by all team members.
- Establish reports to follow up on daily tasks and logs.
- Enforce the relevant safety rules at site.
- Conduct daily briefing with the site team leaders to follow up and report on the work progress in order to anticipate any possible delays with regards to planned tasks.
- Assist in the planning and sequencing of the maintenance operations according to the project quality plan.
Job Requirements
- Educational Background: BS in Civil Engineering.
- Years of experience: more than 8 years in the same field.
- Knowledge of Civil Maintenance Works, such as: finishing, construction, architecture, plumbing and sanitary works
- Proficiency in Computer Programs.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is a must.
