Job Description

As an Executive Manager,

  • You will oversee multiple courses and training programs run under your command.
  • You should have an understanding of both the corporate and individual training programs as well as experience in managing corporate clients from proposal preparation to contract negotiation to account management.
  • You will work with operations manager to translate client requirements into training courses, workshops, seminars, exhibitions, etc.
  • You deliver according to agreed schedules, budgets and quality criteria using in-house and remote resources.
  • You will manage the many teams that are working to achieve sought results.

Job Responsibilities

  • Layouts thecenter’s annual plan and budgetin cooperation with the board and in line with the center’s vision and mission.
  • Communicates with the large (>200 employees) and multinational companies to understand their business needs and promote the center services.
  • Constructs the marketing plan with the advisory of the marketing agency and reviews all marketing reports on a regular basis.
  • Leads the corporate sales team for small (
  • Advising on contracts negotiations and closing deals for training or other services.
  • Managing relationships with international bodies, strategic partners, governmental officials and supervisory authorities to protect and promote the organization’s interests.
  • Ensuring that the needs of trainers and trainees are being met and that the standards of services are maintained.
  • Review and approve operational plans and reports submitted by operations manager.
  • Represents the organization’s official spokesperson and promotes the organizations in conferences, seminars, meetings or other public gatherings.
  • Investigates, personally, complaints that have reached his office from companies or persons alike and takes measures to avoid the corrective measures have been taken.
  • Examines all reports submitted to his office on a regular basis including attendance, security, financial, sales, operations and marketing.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Work Experience: 7-10 years of relevant work experience
  • IT Skills: professional business user of Microsoft Office and other business software
  • Language: proficient in Arabic & English languages – other languages are a plus (French – German)
  • Candidate Fit: middle-aged, male or female.
