Job Description
- Cisco IPT solutions with Cisco Unified Call Manager (CUCM)
- Cisco Unity Connection Voicemail (CUC) including auto attendant, mail integrations and other features.
- Cisco IM & Presence (CIMP) and Cisco Jabber
- SIP, H.323, MGCP voice protocol configuration experience.
- Experience in designing and implementing voice gateways and integration with the CUCM cluster
- Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) strong experience, including IVR scripting, social media integration and Jabber guest
- Experience in call recording solutions such as Calabrio and zoom
- Experience in designing and implementing Cisco video infrastructure component, including expressway C&E, TMS and CMS
- Experience in designing and implementing Cisco WebEx on/off premise
- Prior experience designing, architecting, and administering routers, switches, LAN/WAN, QoS, windows/SQL for VoIP infrastructures.
- Delivering technical documentations such as LLD
Job Requirements
- CCNP or CCIE Voice/Collaboration is a must
