Job Description
- Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximize client potential in designated regions
- Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements
- Persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
- Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
- Prepare client quotations and proposals
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales assistance and products briefing
- Maintain active customer records through CRM - Prepare weekly/monthly/ quarterly reports and pipeline forecast for head office
- Meet sales targets and deadlines
- Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
- Conduct powerful presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs
- Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
- Provide training and support for other members of the sales team.
Job Requirements
- 5 year experience in a similar position with a Solid IT Technical Background
- Excellent Selling, Negotiations, and Presentations skills
- Strong Communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Organizational skills
- Analytical and Problem-solving skills
- Team working capability
- The Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively
