Job Description
- Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
- Ensuring smooth delivery of SAP (SD/MM/PP/FICO) and IT Infrastructure (IT Security, Networks and System) across the region in a ticketing environment.
- Leading project management for new implementation or upgrades across various SAP modules and IT infrastructure, focusing in resource, timeline, budget and vendor management.
- Developing and implementing IT policies and governance, ensuring that the compliance control requirements are met in alignment with Group IT.
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you have:
- Bachelors Degree in computer science MIS or equivalent
- Proven working experience as an IT manager or relevant experience
- Professional certifications such as ITIL, SAP, MCSE, CCNA and etc will be highly preferred
- Experience in leading at least 1 end to end SAP implementation across various modules is a must for this role
- Proven working experience as an IT manager or relevant experience
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
