A reputable factory located in 6th October is hiring HR payroll & personal
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
- Understand proper taxation of employer paid benefits.
- Track and follow up on attendance, annual & sick leaves, excuses and penalties of all employees.
- Maintain HR records and files.
- Responsible for social insurance processes such as claim form 1 & 6 & 2 and insurance office.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree of any discipline.
- 1+ year experience in the same field.
- HR diploma or certificate is a plus.
